Our range is synthetic base grease, which is free from impurities & moisture and can be used for lubricating contractors and other electrical spare parts. Moreover, these products find applications in steel plants, cell house power station, fertilizers, sugar plants and textile industry. In addition to this, we also provide our range to be used in bus bars, battery terminals, knife switches, contractors, voltage regulators, turret turners, volume control switches and rotary control valve pins. Our range is capable of performing under the temperature range of -40°C TO 200°C and packed using 1 Kg., 5 Kg. & 30 Kg. Silicone Oil is a water clear silicone fluid available in viscosities ranging from 0.65 centistokes to 1,00,000 centistokes. We are engaged in manufacturing and supplying of Silicone Emulsion. Our silicone emulsion is used as a mold release and shining agent (30 % better shine) for rubber and plastic products like tubes, tyres, fan belts, hoses, gaskets and various other rubber parts. Our emulsion not only prevents carbonaceous deposits, but also is non-volute and has many oxidant resistance properties. Method of Applications: In order to obtain continuous, stable parting film and minimizing the cost per moldings, our products should be completely wet before applying to the mold. Thereby, it eliminates sticking in extrudes, molds, calendars and various other equipment throughout the rubber processing operation. The method for applying these products keep varying owing to the differences in production equipment.
